This is the second CSRA Open House, an opportunity to learn more about the organization and complete the vetting process in an approachable and casual environment. See below for event details!

Venue

We have rented an entire storefront venue in the Avondale community area, the specific address of which will be provided via email a few days in advance of the event. We'll host most activity on the main floor, and have a quieter basement area where we will set up some activities for kids and have a few folks to keep an eye on them. The venue has a bathroom.

Format

This event will have three hourly blocks that are separately ticketed to manage capacity, with an overview presentation of the organization beginning 15 minutes after each block starts (2:15pm, 3:15pm, 4:15pm). Before or after the presentation, you'll have the opportunity to be vetted by existing members. While we do want to take time to get to know everyone, because of capacity constraints we ask that people interested in vetting promptly seek it out and reserve longer conversations for later events.

The first hourly block will be mask-mandatory.

Accessibility

• Venue is up 2 steps; please let us know if you need ramp entry setup for wheelchair accessibility
• The last open house was essentially standing room only, but there will be limited seating available
• Masks are not required outside of hour 1, but will be provided for anyone who would like one
• There will be a slideshow presentation with text; please let us know if you have any additional accessibility or translation needs
