The Chicago SRA is a local chapter of the Socialist Rifle Association. To join:
- First, get on our mailing list. You can do that by becoming a member of the SRA at https://socialistra.org/, or by entering your email address in the form on this webpage.
- Then, check our homepage for upcoming public events. You will also receive email announcements as new events are scheduled.
- Register for one of these events and attend. There, you can learn more about the CSRA and meet established members. It can be loud and difficult to talk at a shooting range, so we'd rather meet somewhere else first!
After your first social event and vetting, you'll be considered for membership. If you're accepted, we'll invite you to our online communications platform and to members-only events like range days. We do ask that vetted members contribute $2 a month to help us cover costs, if they are able to without causing hardship.
